City meeting tonight

The city worksession tonight - 5:30 - should be interesting. This would be a good meeting to attend to become more knowledgeable about city stuff. The work sessions are more interesting because that is where stuff gets talked about.
Here is what is on the agenda:

• Beautification award presentation
• Appeal by 4 states exteriors on revocation of their contractors license
• Hearing on giving dangerous structure designations to properties at 303 South D; 407 North 6th St.; 1409 West Oklahoma St.; 1411 North Fourth; 617 North 7th St.; 624 North 7th St.; 508 South Second.
• Receive final report from David Evertson with Municipal Solutions on the city efficiency audit
• Review bids for water main cleaning project
• Change order for Bryant Standpipe redundant water line
• Receive initial 2011 Budget presentation
• Mayors appointments.
• Several other items for discussion, one being order of meeting, or how meetings are conducted.
