It looks like the blog is still getting a few visits each day. But im not sure if thats bots checking in or actual people.

more? I mean "Is anyone out there" is a little plain. You ought to look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news titles to get viewers to click. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited about everything've got to say.
Just my opinion, it could make your blog a little bit more interesting.
