Monday update

Good Monday Morning.
Cop notes are posted on the site.
I will have several updates later in the day. As far as I know, the people being sought by the AC cops involving the drug bust, have not yet been found.
They are saying there will be fewer drugs on the street now.
Of course, it is true that others will replace them as suppliers, if the police are correct. We must remember that a person is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Drugs are a big  problem. Some drugs are legal and socially acceptable - such as tobacco, alcohol and caffeine in all its forms.
There is a larger problem here.
Getting illegal drugs off the street is a good thing, but, we are still not dealing with the deeper issues.
Why do people "need" drugs.
Anyone want to discuss that?

Well you need to go deeper into the discussion than just what's legal and illegal!
Some statistics show that prescription drug addicition is BIGGER than illegal drugs!
The real problem is that most of the financial burden for these problems result in taxpayer dollars spent for rehab or incarceration!
The Things that lead to the degradation of Society will always follow the same course of events and have the same end result!
    It's Gauranteed!

That is kind of a well timed response!

You see My neighbor came over to watch a Football Game a few weeks ago. It seems his TV had quit and it was on cable.
During the game he brought up the fact that one of his young daughters in grade school had been having trouble concentrating and the result was bad grades!
He said they wanted to put his daughter on Ritalin! He refused! They were persitent, but so was He!
He was told she wouldn't mind! He told them she was his Daughter and she would mind him!
He started working with her at home and her Grades improved!
    But
Then drugs as behavior modification would have been so much easier and faster!
    AND
    Why should he lie?
