Arkansas City will not be the focus now, but we can still talk about the town. For now the blog is a blog in search of an identity. Considering what the new niche will be.
all these public service employees getting axed makes me wonder if the wrong person isnt getting fired, If management is so screwed up possibly it is the head manager that is the problem
Who cares they can replace them as fast they can fire them,, lots of people out of work, employee morale is a thing of the past if they dont like it fuck um they can find another job
Went to Prairie Fest. Paris Park is a great location. Entertainment was great. Seems like the number of artists was down, and I REALLY didn't like having to leave the park to visit the food vendors. Also, from what I understand, food vendors were limited with regard to what they could sell, so that they wouldn't compete with the official "Prairie Fest" food court. Next year, bring the food vendors into the park, and allow them to sell whatever they want. More choices and competition would increase choice and possibly lower prices. If Prairie Fest wants to raise money off of food, raise the price of a vendor permit, and stay out of the food business...

ReplyDeleteI am not really sure if this is a compliment for any aforementioned parties...
What qualifies aircraft workers to be good city employees? Does it take six aircraft workers to supervise one aircraft worker operate a shovel?
That's so funny! Especially since I just drove past 4 of them doing that very thing!
