8 wonders of kansas history
The Kansas Sampler Foundation has announced the winners of the 8 wonders of Kansas History.
It is the final 8-wonders contest. Here is a story about the winners and the program
It is a fairly clever way to promote tourism in the state. Personally, I cant believe Buckskin Joe is not on the list. :)
but then I am biased in that area.
There are a lot of interesting things to do and see in Kansas.

Btw: I'd probably rather meet the Buckskin Joe of 2080's!
No blogs, but , Buckskin claimed he could talk to the dead, especially in his later years. He said spirits of the dead told him where to find all the gold he found.
