  1. Well now Dave Schaler can come back from Ponca City - Schaler, Paton, Sybrant, Snell, Warren and McDonald can lock arms and skip across the 33 acres waving a blueprint on the front page of the Traveler.

  2. Here is the point - The land is only worth what someone(s) are willing to give for it!
    Sure the appraisal is a starting point based on it's taxable status!
    You put a FOR SALE SIGN on it and an allow competition - then see what that land will bring!
    Only in an INSIDE deal can you gaurantee it's
    PRICE or Value!
    Now granted if there is someone who can see an opportunity to recover that investment by or through its development? More like its tax exempt staus or deferment) It might just be worth that or more - but reality says they could buy property else where in this same area for LESS!
    Maybe even have it given to them if their plan was of MERIT!
