Bipartisan

Here is a story from Politico about Obama wanting to talk with Republicans about health care and so forth.
I do think it is an interesting commentary on our broken political system when the fact that one side wants to talk with the other side is "news."
Please dont take this as me taking up for the Dems. Im not. It's just another example of why we need more parties, and why we should reject both Dems and Pubs and seek out others.

  1. I think it's telling that for the last year Republican's have not been able to get a seat at the table concerning health care, because the Dems didn't need them because of their super majority. Now that they got smacked silly by Scott Brown and the people of Mass, they are whining that they need bi partisanship.

    Plus, the fact that you have to consider the people Of Mass. already have a simialr type of healthcare plan.
