Some people are just not funny i guess

I thought this was amazing.
With all Bush jokes, Palin Parodies, in the media.
Better not make fun of Mrs. Clinton though.
Holy double standard batman
Look at this

WASHINGTON – Two Washington Post journalists are apologizing and their satirical online video series has been canceled following criticism of a joke they told about Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Post Executive Editor Marcus Brauchli killed the "Mouthpiece Theater" series Wednesday after pulling the latest episode from the paper's Web site Friday.

In the video, columnist Dana Milbank and White House correspondent and blogger Chris Cillizza appeared in smoking jackets to discuss the kinds of beer politicians might drink. Milbank said he couldn't reveal to whom President Barack Obama would serve a drink called "Mad B---- Beer." That line was followed by a brief picture of Clinton.

The group Women, Action and the Media complained to the Post in a letter signed by 32 women. They called the video "sexist" and "tasteless."

  1. Mouthpiece theater was going down before the Hillary joke, it was just the last nail in the coffin.

Besides, if you think 32 PUMA's got the series canceled I've got a birth certificate in Kenya to sell you. =)

  3. It was okay to call Busg all kinda of vile names and depict him in pictures as a monster, but do any of that to anyone in the Obama administration and you got a fight on your hands.

    It's called free speech.

  5. My memory recalls that for ay President and cabinet, there have been criticisms and insulting personal attacks. There have been those who always offered tasteless opinionative put downs that offer no social value. There have always been some who would cry foul - FOR EVERY PRESIDENT - so it balances out.

I wait for the time when our nation's maturity will resurface and we will let go of the cheap shot tabloid sensationalization and walk once again as world leaders.

This type of conduct has been a continuing downward spiral since Nixon and Watergate. In fact, it is the reason why so many Americans disengaged from the democratic process and voting. We are like two 8yr olds having an argument of "did not" "did too" intellect.

I am offended that anyone would refer to ANY female as a b----. I am repulsed that we would address a national leader in that capacity. We are just embarrassing ourselves on a world stage.

I'm afraid that you will have a long wait for a train that aint coming. Our nation has indeed gone downhill where morals and etiquette are concerned, and I don't see it getting any better, but continuing to spiral out of control until we either destroy ourselves, or we rise up and revolt, overthrowing and restarting this once great nation.
