Truck fire




A city truck caught fire this afternoon on West Madison near the city building near the bridge.
There was some concern about a propane tank on the truck, but everything was extinguished quickly.
The truck is a distributor truck that spreads oil, used on street repairs.
Madison Street was closed for less than half an hour.

    So scarey how things could of turned out worse. Thank god no one was seriously hurt!

    Minimal damage; 4 trucks went up in smoke, the building severly damaged 2 taken to the hosp. but there were no injuries...slow news day, or small town news?

    I was at the hosp - 2 taken just to be checked. Realeased within the hour.
    I drove by the building - I see no severe damage.
    All but 1 of the trucks are back in use.

    The trucks are not back in service! where do you freaks get your information? The Traveler! Distributer truck completly destroyed! 1 ton completly destroyed! box truck 3/4 destroyed, another 1 ton could possibly be repaired.

    You were leaving the psycho ward dealing with those with visions of grandeur who don’t understand you or your powers when the 2 lowly city men were released with their psychosomatic trauma, then you flew to the city building in your golden chariot and saw the scorched wall and burnt pole proving that all was well, this confirmed that the twisted hulks were not the remnants of trucks but the sign of new life and they would rise like the phoenix in a rainbows and unicorns would dance at your command as you sit on your thrown of judgment, what glory.

    I understand, they are a bunch of small thinkers your greatness has yet to be realized, but when it is the move Carry will look tame.
