1. Present Beautification Advisory Board’s Good Neighbor Award to Steve Williams, Wade
Magnus, and Tony Tapia for framing the new Nelson Sensation Award sign and the New
Yard of the Week sign.
2. Present Beautification Advisory Board’s Good Neighbor Award to Melinda Shepherd and
Ronda Frank for the upkeep of the flowers and plants downtown.
3. Review bids and consider resolution awarding contract for Madison Avenue KLINK milling
and overlay project.
4. Review bids and consider resolution awarding contract for Kansas Avenue milling-overlay
and reconstruction project.
5. Consider resolution authorizing the abatement of two vehicles at 420 South C Street.
6. Consider resolution authorizing the transfer of title of real estate located at Third Street
and Oak Street, at the site of the storm sewer line replacement project.
7. Consider ordinances levying various special assessments for code enforcement activities
including weed mowing, debris removal, property maintenance violations, and demolitions.
