Curry's last game

I had to be out of town Thursday. I had really hoped to get back in time for the game. Things always take longer than you think they will.
So I didnt get back in time.
Winfield beat Ark City 12-0 from what I gather. I also heard there was some kind of incident.
Here is a place to talk about the game.
Ill be out and around getting pictures tomorrow and post them soon as I can.

  1. So sad the half time was ruined by a freshman boy from AC. His parents and sister were on the field being honored at the time. He peeled his clothes on the north end zone then ran south, then back to the north. He was tackled in the north end zone by police. He should have taken "8* seconds to think to think about his decision. It will probably ruin his education chances, and it definitely ruined his sister and parents' time in the celebration.

  2. Please just the facts! probably was sad for the parents, but get your facts right! He did not peel his clothes on the north end zone, and he was not tackled by police! He removed his clothes in the bathroom and ran on to the field from the north gate to south fence and back to the north. Officer Williams grabbed his wrist and escorted him off and out of the area. No tackling no resistance! I too was on the field and have to admit glad it wasn't my kid, but I did laugh!

Yep! He will always be remembered for just "Hanging Out" at the game!

  8. Far from being ruined, I think it was the best half time ever. People need to lighten up. It was classic. I do feel bad for the parents, but they'll get over it. Hopefully, they'll be laughing about it in 10 years. I was on the field as well, for parent recognition. The "incident" will be remembered far longer than hearing my name called over the loud speaker for 2 seconds.

If it had been my son, publically I'd have to say, "What were you thinking," but to myself, I'd think it was kind of funny.

I hope the judge isn't to rough on him, I don't think there was anything sexual about his antics. Lets not be to uptight...

  9. 20 years from now he will still be telling the story at family reunions.
By then, the story will have gotten even better.

  10. It was told that his dad did the same thing at a football game. It was also told that his dad was laughing.

  11. If there were minors at the game, it was sexual. But I don't want the kid to be in trouble like that at all. Shoot, back in the 60s, half of my class would have been on the sexual offenders list. It happened a lot in the 60s and 70s, and it was funny each time!

  12. It was not sexual. Unless the streaker did it with the intent to arouse himself or someone else. Which, BTW, he should NEVER admit to the law enforcement folks who interview him. I would hate to see him charged as a sex offender and have to register over a dumb prank.

  13. It was just good ole fashion TOM FOOLLORY , I think it was the GREATEST way to give a send off to Curry. I also think that was a hard fought game , but the A C crowd was a little to mellow

  14. his Dad was laughing until he saw it was his son , then not so funny, very Shocked instead,
this young man is a very good kid and this will not change that . just a prank, and thats all that it should be made out to be , nothing more, nothing, less. Most of the people there got a laugh out of it, if not then you are a fun sucker.
