Flu vaccine in limited quantities, has arrived in Cowley County. Here is a press release sent out by the health dept.
The City-Cowley County Health Department will hold a Special H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for children and youth 6 months to 18 years with high risk medical conditions, on Friday, October 23rd. This clinic will be held in the Arkansas City and Winfield Health Department offices from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The H1N1 vaccination is free, but limited quantities are available at and are being prioritized to this high risk group only.
