Local soldier, Tyler Juden, killed in Afghanistan

Arkansas City native Tyler  Juden, son of Bob and Reatha Juden, was killed in Afghanistan. TheJuden's were notified late Saturday at their home.
Juden had been in Afghanistan about two months, but had served there 15 months previously. He had risen to the rank of Sergeant in four years in the military.
He was a trained sniper.

  4. Tyler was a great guy. I am praying for his family. He was a hero and all of us back in the states need to pay tribute to him and all soldiers who serve to protect our freedoms. Thank you Tyler and may God be with your family during this very sad time in their lives.

  7. ould wright a book about my thoughts on all wars we have had or are now in, but wouldn't help tyler's family. i am deeply saddened by their loss and offer my prayers.all of us are proud of your son and say thanks for his service to help keep this country free. it is sad to realize freedom isn't free. may god be with you in these trying times. d.
